We spent many months working together with the chefs to create and perfect the winning table setting. Our design consisted of a centrepiece made from fresh cushion moss, mushrooms, wood and berries, a photograph of a beautiful autumn sky, sound recordings from Norwegian nature and a light design. Together these elements combined to create a vivid autumnal feel which provided the perfect backdrop for the chefs’ culinary art − a feast for the eyes worthy of a gold medal!
This is not the first time that we have taken on such an extraordinary challenge
− we also helped the team become world champions in 2006.
